ACCOUNT
Create an Account and Open the User Panel
Use the account link below to open the account creation page in the 3KVPN user panel. Choose a username and password you plan to keep using, then follow the on-screen steps to create your account. No email address is required; you’ll use your username and password to sign in. For security, use a unique password and save it in your password manager so you can access your login details when setting up other devices.
After creating your account, check whether the account overview is open. If you’re still on the sign-in page, follow the panel prompts to log in—there’s no need to create another account. Orders, subscriptions, and client downloads are all managed in the same panel. Keep using the same account to confirm your plan has been applied and to submit a support ticket if you need help.
Opening the panel doesn’t complete your network setup. First choose a plan that suits your usage. Once it appears as active in your account, get your subscription and import it into a client. The user panel in your browser manages your account and provides downloads; the client on your device handles the connection.
Start FreePLAN
Choose a Plan and Check Your Order
Open the plans section in the panel and consider whether you’ll use the service regularly or only while traveling or working away from your usual location. Monthly subscriptions suit regular data use: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Monthly data resets each month on your activation date, not at the start of the calendar month. Choose based on your actual downloads, video streaming, and day-to-day work—not just the number of devices.
If your usage is irregular, compare the traffic packages: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Package data lasts until it’s used and never expires. Unlike a monthly subscription, a traffic package doesn’t renew with a monthly data allowance. See the plans page for full pricing and billing details, then return to the panel to choose a plan.
After selecting a plan, check its name, data allowance, billing method, and total due on the order confirmation page. Complete your order using the Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT option shown. When payment is complete, return to the panel and check the order result and plan status in your account. If payment is confirmed but the plan hasn’t appeared, refresh the order status and make sure you’re signed in to the right account before taking further action.
3KVPN has no device limit and offers a 30-day refund policy. If you upgrade a monthly subscription partway through, the price difference is converted into remaining days; follow the details shown in the panel. For order issues or refund requests, see Billing and refunds help or submit a ticket while signed in to the panel. Once your plan is active, continue to the subscription steps.

Get Your Subscription Settings from the Overview
Open the account overview in the user panel and check your current plan and remaining data, then find the subscription options. The panel may offer a direct import that opens your client, or let you copy a subscription link. If you’ve installed the client, use its matching import option where available. If not, leave the panel open and return to it after installing the client in the next section.
A subscription link isn’t a webpage you need to keep open in your browser. It lets your client retrieve the route settings associated with your account. After selecting “Copy,” paste the full link into the client’s subscription, configuration, or remote configuration section. Don’t paste it into a route note, search box, or single-server address field. Check that the link is complete and hasn’t picked up extra spaces or line breaks.
When importing directly, your browser may ask whether to open an external app. Confirm that it’s the client you just installed, then allow it to open. In the client, check that the subscription has appeared and refresh or update it to load the route list. A successful handoff from the browser only means the app opened—it doesn’t confirm that the settings loaded or that you’re connected.
Treat your subscription link like account information and use it only on your own devices and in your own clients. Don’t post the full link in public forums or share screenshots that show it. If you need help, describe what you did and hide the subscription details. If an update fails, first check your plan status and local network, then see the subscription update section of the troubleshooting guide. You don’t need to delete your account or place another order.

Import the Client for Your Platform
Download clients from the user panel; this page doesn’t provide direct installer links. After signing in, you can find download options for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux. The iOS option requires an active plan. You must also be signed in to access your subscription. The steps below describe the general process for importing into a supported 3KVPN client. There’s no need to look for configuration tools from unknown sources; use the client and import method listed together in the panel.
Once the client is installed, return to the account overview to import your subscription. If another proxy or network client is already running on your device, disconnect it first to avoid conflicts during verification. Don’t change unfamiliar system security settings just to install the client. If a system prompt appears, check which app is requesting access and what the current action is before approving it.
Get the ClientWindows: Import Your Settings and Check Proxy Status
In the panel’s download section, choose the 3KVPN client for Windows, follow the installer, and launch it. Return to the account overview in your browser and use the import option that matches the client. If the app doesn’t open automatically, switch to the client and look for an option to add a link in the “Subscription” or “Configuration” section. Paste the subscription link you copied and save it. Labels may vary by version.
After saving, update the subscription, select the newly added configuration, and open the route list. Seeing a configuration name alone isn’t enough—make sure the route details have loaded. When connecting, check whether the client offers a system proxy or network routing option, and enable it as prompted. Some settings trigger a system permission request; check the app name before allowing it. Keep the client running and continue with the access check below.
macOS: Confirm Network Permissions
Get the macOS client from the panel, install it as prompted, and confirm that you want to open the app if macOS asks the first time it launches. Then import directly from the account overview or add the remote subscription in the client settings. Once the update finishes, select the imported configuration and confirm that the route list is visible before connecting. Installing the client and importing your subscription are separate steps.
When a client routes network traffic, macOS may ask to add a network configuration or approve permissions for a related network component. Approve only requests that match what you’re doing in the client. If you previously denied permission, follow the system prompts to check your settings, then return to the client and try again. For more detailed steps, see the macOS setup guide. This page covers the main flow: import, authorize, and connect.
Android: Allow the VPN Connection
Sign in to the panel, choose the Android client option, and install it by following your device’s prompts. Open the app and import the link from its subscription or configuration section, or use the matching client import option in the panel. Update the subscription and confirm that the route list appears before choosing a route. If the link is lost when you switch apps after copying it, return to the account overview and copy the full link again.
The first time you connect, Android will ask you to confirm a VPN connection. Check the app and allow the connection. Once connected, return to your browser or the app you want to use and check access. If the connection drops soon after you switch apps, first check that the client is still running and whether your system restricts its background activity. Battery settings vary by device; see the troubleshooting guide for help. Avoid changing multiple system settings at once during your first connection.
iOS: Get the Client from the Active Plan’s Panel Option
First, confirm that your plan is active in the account overview. Then open the iOS client section in the panel, follow its instructions to open the relevant App Store listing, and get the client. This page doesn’t provide a separate download link. After installation, return to the panel and use the available import option. Alternatively, choose the link import option in the client’s subscription or configuration section, paste the link copied from the account overview, and update it.
Select the configuration and connect. If iOS asks to add a VPN configuration, confirm as prompted. Once authorized, start the connection in the client and open a familiar website to check access. If the panel doesn’t show an iOS option, check that you’re signed in to the right account and that your plan is active. Don’t use configuration files from other sources instead. Even when the client shows “Connected,” check that the service you need actually works.
Linux: Follow the Panel’s Import Instructions
3KVPN also supports Linux. Sign in to the panel to get the client, then follow the installation instructions included in the download section. A graphical client usually has an import option in its configuration or subscription section. Follow the panel’s instructions for installation and permissions; this guide doesn’t assume a particular distribution or terminal command. Once the subscription is imported and updated, verify it in the same order: choose a route → connect → check access.
VERIFY
Connect to a Route and Verify Access
Return to the client, make sure the imported subscription is enabled, then choose a route suited to the service you want to use and connect. For the first check, stay on the same route rather than switching through several regions. See the global routes page for guidance. The available routes are those shown in the user panel and the client’s latest update; geographic distance alone doesn’t guarantee speed.
First, open a website that normally works to make sure your local network is still connected. Then open the international website or app you want to use and try a real action, such as loading a page, sending a request, or playing content. A “Connected” status in the client is only an indicator; the real test is whether the service works. If a browser works but one app doesn’t, don’t assume all routes are down—check that app’s proxy settings and regional availability requirements separately.
For AI tools and streaming services, network access doesn’t guarantee that your account has permission or that specific content is available. Platforms may still apply restrictions based on your account, service region, and their own policies. Keep your account region and connection region consistent where possible, note any messages shown, and troubleshoot accordingly. For video playback issues, see the streaming access guide. For general connection or speed issues, start with the Help Center.
Once access is working, return to the panel to check your plan status and data usage, and make a note of where to find usage details later. You can set up other devices with the same account by following these steps on each one. 3KVPN has no device limit, but each device’s configuration, system permissions, and local network need to be checked separately. A connection working on another device doesn’t mean this one is fully configured.
If you still can’t connect, keep the current configuration and note your operating system, client name, network environment, selected region, and the exact error message. When submitting a ticket, attach screenshots with sensitive account details hidden. Don’t include your full subscription link or password. Follow the relevant symptoms in the troubleshooting guide to narrow down the cause; reinstalling the client, changing plans, and adjusting network settings all at once makes the issue harder to diagnose.
